We are honored to announce that Thee Golden Egg will host a Holiday Launch Gala on

Thursday, December 18, 2025, marking the official public launch of the publication and the

debut of Issue III: The Evergreen Issue in partnership with the Take Back the Night Foundation,

the official charity partner of this event.

Thee Golden Egg is a literary and culture magazine living at the intersection of art,

change, and nostalgia. We believe the written word is a living medium, a force that can reshape

narratives, honor truth, and imagine new worlds where creativity and community deepen our

sense of what it means to be a society. Born in New York City and rooted in collective

imagination, Thee Golden Egg champions emerging and established voices, experimenting

boldly with form, feeling, and thought.

This collaboration embodies a shared belief in the transformative power of community,

storytelling, and collective strength. For more than fifty years, Take Back the Night has led a

global movement to end sexual violence and support survivors, holding space for courage,

healing, and voice in moments when silence feels easier. Their legacy is one of resilience and

illumination, proof that change grows where voices gather and truth is spoken. To learn more

In that spirit, this gala will bring together creators, activists, and supporters for an

evening dedicated to celebration with purpose. Together, we will honor those who continue to

transform pain into possibility, isolation into solidarity, and darkness into light.

Our December issue, Issue III: The Evergreen Issue, centers on endurance, renewal, and

the ability to stay vibrant through seasons of challenge. Just as Evergreen trees remain lush

through frost and darkness, this issue celebrates people, movements, and ideas that persist, not

untouched by difficulty, but strengthened through it. Our partnership with the Take Back the

Night Foundation embodies that same ethos: resilience not as a quiet survival, but as an active,

continuous reclamation of power and presence. The Holiday Launch Gala will serve as both a

celebration and a rallying point, introducing Thee Golden Egg to the public as a creative voice,

strengthening our community relationships, and honoring the advocacy, artistry, and defiant hope

that guide this collaboration.

A portion of proceeds from the evening will directly support Take Back The Night and

their decades-long work to end sexual violence and empower survivors across the world.
